Brother has done it again. Continuing its dominance of PCMag’s annual awards in the United States, Brother International Corporation has been recognised with its 10th consecutive Readers’ Choice Award for best printers and sixth consecutive Business Choice Award as the best office printer manufacturer.

Brother's line of printers and multi-function centres have won the PC Mag Business Choice Award 2018 for the 6th year in a row.
The PCMag Readers’ Choice Awards are based on overall customer satisfaction and printer attributes including setup, reliability, printing quality, technical support, repairs and the cost of consumables. “According to our survey respondents, no one else can deliver the same level of overall satisfaction, reliability, and ease of setup,” said Dan Costa, Editor-in-Chief of PCMag. “Respondents tell us Brother printers continue to deliver excellent printed output and no one can beat them when it comes to satisfaction with cost of inks and toners.”
In the Readers’ Choice survey, Brother had the highest satisfaction among printers less than a year old, printers for home, inkjet all-in-one printers, laser printers, and laser all-in-ones.
With an overall score of 8.6 from PC Mag readers, Brother printers and MFC's were way ahead of the competition in this years reader survey. Achieving high scores for set up and reliability (8.8 and 8.9 respectively) and the required low scores for how Tech you need to be to own one and how much support you don't need, Brother scored 8.7 for the likelihood to recommend our products and we think that's fantastic!

PC Mag Readers Choice Award 2018 for Printers
For the 10th year in a row, Brother has won the PC Mag Reader's Choice Award for Printers with an overall satisfaction rating of 8.7 on a scale of 0 to 10, an improvement on the 2017 score. Achieving high scores for Likelihood to recommend (8.8), Ease of Set up (8.9) and Reliability (9.0), Brother also scored well for the quality of output (9.1) and customer satisfaction with our genuine consumables.
“Brother is in a class by itself when it comes to printers recommended for the office,” said Dan Costa, Editor-in-Chief of PCMag. “Year in and year out, the company has walked away with the highest award we can give in printers, and this year is no exception.” For the PCMag Business Choice Awards, respondents were asked to rate their work printer using multiple questions about their overall satisfaction with the solution, as well as experiences with technical support within the past 12 months.
