100 Years of Sewing Expertise

Brother started out as a family business back in 1908, and sewing machines were the very first product line developed.
Under the leadership from the Yasui brothers, Brother set a precedent for breaking boundaries and developing innovative and affordable sewing machines.  From perfecting the mass production of sewing machines in 1932 to introducing their first electronic machine in 1976 the company has always blazed a trail.

Now, more than 100 years later, Brother has grown into a multinational corporation and continues to introduce innovative, expertly-built sewing, embroidery and quilting machines suited to all skill levels.
